Sopakirite was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. His experience spans across dispute resolution, taxation, management of real estate, preparation of property and other transactional documentation, intellectual property, labour and employment law, corporate and commercial practice as well as company secretarial work. He has represented several clients including companies in the oil and gas industry, banking industry, non-profit organisations and high net worth individuals.
Sopakirite obtained his LL.B degree from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt, Nigeria in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. He holds a practice diploma in International Business Organisation from the International Bar Association and also has certificates on General Intellectual Property Course and the Advanced Course on Electronic Commerce & Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
Sopakirite has a keen interest in the establishment and growth of businesses and has, in consequence, done a lot of work with Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), giving advice and such other professional services required by such organisations. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is also versed in transactions relating to property acquisition, investigation and registration of titles to landed property.
Teingo holds an LL.M in international Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation from the prestigious University of Warwick, Coventry, U.K. She obtained her LL.B degree from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007.

She is a dynamic professional with a high level of integrity and has considerable experience in corporate commercial practice. She has represented clients in various industries including aviation, banking, oil and gas, and the non- profit sector.
Teingo has acted in teams that advised an erstwhile financial institution in an acquisition transaction and lenders in an aircraft acquisition finance transaction. She has also acted as defense counsel, representing local and foreign clients in claims worth millions of naira relating to aviation, breach of contract, tax and employment issues.
Teingo has also been involved in company secretarial work, extensive legal research, conducting legal due diligence, advising generally on regulatory and compliance issues affecting clients’ businesses and preparation of legal opinions. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International bar Association and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
